Our Canadian Gift Guide

Well-being / Nov 22, 2019

Here's our guide of great Canadian gifts, with something to please everyone on your list!

The gift of relaxation

The end of year celebrations are a good time to relax and get a new look before the New Year.

As a gift, why not offer good bath and shower products?

Our favourites: East Coast Glow’s Iceberg Soaps, Bathorium’s Bubble Baths and Salt Soaks, Bath Milk from Quai des bulles, and The Whole Buffalo bath bombs.

You could also offer a package at one of the many spas in Canada, such as the Sky Spa in Brossard, the Spa Nordik in Gatineau or at the Thermëa in Winnipeg.

Local gastronomy

An outing to the restaurant will not only make a great occasion to feast on delicious food cooked for you, but will also allow you to take the time to catch up on all the topics of conversation that you have not had time to address this year because everything is going too fast and you are way too busy.

Our favourites: the 60's French cuisine at Le Boulevardier Restaurant, Terre Restaurant's menu inspired by Newfoundland’s nature, the Swiss Fondues of Ah la Vache, the incredible dinners at Tanière3, and chef Alexis Jegou's cuisine at Les Labours.

Even better? Book an overnight stay at one of our hotels and have a gourmet meal delivered to your room, and enjoy it in a bathrobe and slippers! We particularly love L'Échaudé dishes, delivered directly to your room at Le Germain Hotel Québec.

An activity

Time is the most beautiful gift!

Go outside and play, visit a museum or introduce your out-of-town guests to your city!

Our favourites: spend a day skiing at the Massif de Charlevoix, take the time to visit the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto or organize an outing to the popular Studio Bell in Calgary.

Ideal as a hostess gift

Because you refuse to come empty-handed to your Christmas parties, here are some ideas of small gifts that are very good as a hostess gift.

A bottle of Romeo's gin

Travel essentials from Arseno & Co

Lecavalier Petrone’s chocolates

Ruby Brown candles

Salt from Newfoundland Salt Company

The travel guide 300 reasons to love Toronto by Jean-Michel Dufaux

And, finally, for the person on your wish list who already has everything ... our gift card!
