Ferme et Forêt
Ferme et Forêt is both an ecological farm and a wild food foraging business, nestled in the Gatineau Hills. They are our gatherers of little wild treasures. They also produce shiitakes, maple and wild plums that will soon be on the menu
O’Brien’s Farm is a family farm located in Winchester, Ontario. The establishment provides us with beef without hormones or antibiotics of exceptional quality. "Dan, the owner is one of the most wonderful gentlemen I know," adds Dominique Dufour.
Another family business (for three generations!), Juniper Farm specializes in growing organic fruits and vegetables and delivers the majority of our products each week.
La Bergerie du Margot
This farm in Gaspésie raises, with great care, lambs fed with seaweed. It's an extraordinary product, made by people who are even more so.
